Permanent magnetic sheath roller with housing

Permanent magnetic separating rollers are proven, powerful and continuously operating separation systems. These are provided for the automatic seeding of Fe parts from small-sized or dust-like material, e.g. From grain, plastic granules, wood chips, jet sand for jet blowers, etc. This serves to protect downstream machines, grinding and processing systems and to avoid operating faults. In a special version, the permanent magnetic sheath roller is also used to recover the steel gravel portion from the beam sand to be separated.

 

 

Overband magnets

Over-band magnets are predominantly used via conveyor belts for the discharge of iron from bulk material.
